We Welcome You

Welcome to Eastern Shore Chapel and Parish Day School

Our church and school, take pride in working together to make your preschool and childcare experience one you will remember for a lifetime. Whether you are changing childcare or starting childcare for the first time, we understand how traumatic it can be for both the parents and children involved. Finding a childcare that meets your child’s needs and at the same time finding a provider that you feel you can entrust with your child can be a strain. Here at Parish Day we welcome you with our open door policy and our great staff.

Our faculty members are well trained in early care and education. Each year we have a minimum of 22 hours of continuing education in early childhood. We have one teacher with a CDA, eleven with an associates or higher, two with a CDA equivalent, one working on an associates or higher, all in early childhood education. Three have an associates or higher in another field with at least three years experience in a NAEYC accredited program. Our teacher assistants are also well trained and take the same number of continuing education hours. Two have a CDA, four are working on an associates or higher, five have an associates or higher, all in early childhood. One has an associates or higher in another field with at least three years experience n a NAEYC accredited program. All staff is trained in CPR and First Aid.
